The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers which made it easy for me to go on an Easter shopping spree. the rooms were comfortable and clean, making it an enjoyable stay overall.
Even though I called ahead to confirm, the language barrier and unhelpful response left me struggling to find the parking lot on my own. This was frustrating and made the check-in process more difficult than necessary.

Hotel Crown Hills Sendai Aobadori, located in this city, was a great choice for my stay. The best aspects were the convenient location and helpful staff. The hotel is situated in a very busy area, making it easy to access shopping and other amenities. Additionally, the staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The hotel's location was perfect for a shopping trip. Located in the heart of the busy area, it allowed for easy access to many shops. There was also parking available, which was a plus. the room was cozy and provided a good place to rest after a long day of shopping.
My experience was negatively impacted by the customer service provided by one of the staff members. When I tried to call ahead to ask about parking, the person who answered the phone was not able to speak English and did not offer any assistance.
